Know what you're buying before you commit.
Your agent can tell you whether it's a good deal. We can tell you whether the numbers work once you factor in everything the report isn't saying out loud. We’ll walk the property with you, ballpark future remodels, translate the inspection report into plain language, review estimates, and give you an honest answer to the question that matters most: is this property worth it once you factor in everything it will take to get it there?
Nail down scope before construction.
Let’s brainstorm your ideas and match them with a realistic budget. Most remodel budgets don't blow up during construction. They blow up before it on architects hired too early, estimates that left out scope, and contracts where nobody caught what was missing. We'll review your estimates line by line, flag what's included and what isn't, pressure-test your budget, vet your contractor, and annotate your contract so you understand exactly what you're agreeing to. Once construction starts, nothing surprises you or anyone on your team.
Move through construction with confidence.
We’ll make structured site visits at the moments and milestones that matter most: when work begins, at key construction milestones, and before final sign-off. At each visit, we review what's been done against your contract, identify any red flags, and give you a clear picture of where things stand and what questions to bring back to your contractor. You run the project. Remodel Doula makes sure you're running it right.
Most homeowners spend weeks researching, reading estimates, and talking to contractors and still walk away less certain. Two hours with Remodel Doula flips the script. Most clients start with a Remodel Readiness Session — a two-hour, in-person appointment focused on your remodel. You'll leave knowing exactly what to do next instead of hoping you're making the right call.
You want someone who knows what a real estimate looks like, what all the numbers mean, and who's accountable to you alone.
When it's your home and everything you've invested into making it what you want, you don't want advice from someone's weekend call. You want someone who's shown up, studied the plans, read the contract, and is accountable to you — not to the contractor, the deal, or anyone else in the room. That's what Remodel Doula is. Someone retained, informed, and entirely on your side.
The Remodel Readiness Session is booked through a 15-minute Clarity Call first to ensure it’s a fit.

Remodel Doula is built for Bay Area homeowners who've done the research, know what they want, and are smart enough to know they don't know what they don't know. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
15 minutes. No prep needed. We'll figure out the rest together.
Right now, your remodel feels opaque.
The numbers don't quite add up, and everyone you ask gives a different answer.
The homeowners who work with Remodel Doula finish their projects knowing every decision they made was the right one. The home they imagined is the home they actually got. Every dollar worked. Nothing was left to wonder about. That's what one conversation can set in motion.
